FAQ
1. After installing the insulation material , How many degrees are there in my roof ?
the heat transfer ways are conduction , convection , radiant . but the roof absorb
the heat from the sun is only 7%, the most sun heat are through the radiant ,and
our material can reflective 97% radiant heat , only allow 3% heat transmit into the roof space . Meanwhile , the bubble cell block the heat conduction and
convection . all in all , install and uninstall our material the room temperature is
6-10 degrees difference .
2. What is the “R” Value of Insulation Material ?
The “R” value is the heat conductive rate . Depending on the size of the airspaces
within the Reflective Insulation Material and the direction of the heat flow. so
different thickness , different usage like roof ,wall , floor , you will achieve
different R-VALUE It is the basic standard for various Insulation material
3. Do I have to take out my old insulation to put Radiant Barrier in?
No. Radiant Barrier actually makes your present insulation more effective.
4. Where do you install Radiant Barrier?
Radiant Barrier can be laid over your present insulation like a blanket or stapled
under your rafters or crawl space
5.Do I need special tooling to install Astro-Foil?
No. Astro-Foil can be cut easily with a razor blade or scissors and installed with
common staples, nails or screws
6.Who will damage your pool cover ?
It is the combaination of the
◆Quantity of the chemical especiallly chlorine level in your pool cover water
◆the UV rays from the sun
◆the heat from the pool heater
7. how should we do to length the pool cover lifetime ?
◆control the Chlorine level between 2-2.5ppm
◆use the heater at the hotest time during the day , which can reduce the heat
damage
8.Do I have to cover the whole pool to ensure the good heat efficiency ?
Considering the heat , the answer is no , our pool cover can works very well , even
if it is not cover the pool absolutely . but if that , the dirty will go into the pool
very easily ,and the wind will blow off the cover from your pool .
